According to the District Administration Leadership Institute Superintendent Survey Results published May 6, 2019, when asked, “Where do you turn to for objective/confidential advice and guidance for performing your responsibilities as a superintendent?”, 84% responded “neighboring superintendent”.

Clearly, the value of connecting with our peers on a meaningful level is indisputable, leading us to readily conclude that pooling our specialized knowledge and expertise has the potential to become one of our profession’s greatest assets.

We envision an online professional learning network building personal capacity through partnership and collaboration and presenting us with opportunities to come together to innovate and transform current and next generation practices.

 

The basic tools we now have in place offer a foundation for building better ways to serve our needs together.
